Helpful staff, spacious rooms with beautiful interiors, reasonable breakfast, manager went above and beyond, convenient location in a nice area. We wished we had stayed here the entire time and not moved to another place.

The spa and wellness center was a true oasis of relaxation, with a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre, the indoor swimming pool, and the sauna were amazing. the massage was precisely what we needed, and the spa lounge was top, quality. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax amidst the breathtaking garden area.

Although the hotel was a paragon of excellent facilities, there was a minor issue of Wi, Fi connection. the staff was quick to rectify the problem, and in no time, we were connected to high, speed internet.

The junior suite was fine, matching the pictures perfectly. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location near the bazaar and main square. Super tidy and beautiful riad. Delicious and well-prepared breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right near the markets in Medina, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. The staff at the restaurant and spa were friendly, providing good service. The architecture of the property is beautiful and the rooms have nice decor.

Some guests reported issues with the water pressure in the showers and uncomfortable beds.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Souffiane, provided us with a warm welcome and really good service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in the heart of the medina and close to everything - shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Loubna, the manager, was friendly and provided us with valuable recommendations for our trip. this was the best and most nice hotel experience we had.
